MASSACRE MACHINE: BLOG

SO YOU THINK YOU WANNA KNOW BIG DADDY SHRED, HUH?

So…You think you wanna know me, huh? Well…Here you go !!! I'm sure I'll add to this as it comes to me but you gotta start somewhere.

Religion: Let's get the BIG ONE out of the way first. I personally do not believe in any higher divine authority. I don't doubt that the Bible has some merit as an historical document and that Jesus did exist. I also agree with the majority of the teachings. It's the miracle stuff that I have issues with. I respect others beliefs regardless of their focus with exception of ritualistic slaughter. If your beliefs get you through life, more power to you. It amuses me that some people tend to think that if you don't believe in God then you must be a Satanist. No…If I don't believe that there is a higher authority for good, then why would I believe in one for evil?

Race: There is only ONE…the HUMAN race. My view is that NONE of us had any choice about how we were brought into this world. That was decided by the genetic heritage of our parents. I couldn't request to be born caucasian no more than ANYBODY else could choose to exist as who they are. We are all here through no choice of our own and therefore shouldn't hate on each other based soley on skin color, ethnic background or stereo types.

Hate: I just don't understand blind hatred based purely on race (see above). I try to treat everybody with equal respect until you, as an individual show me that you don't deserve my respect. At least then you will have earned my contempt based on your actions, not because of your ethnic heritage.

Music: There are 2 types…music performed skillfully and music butchered badly. Everybody has certain genres of music they prefer myself included. Would I go out and stick a Pavarotti CD in my player? Probably not but I respect the man's talent. When you hear a song out of your genre of preference, it will either be done well or it will blow. I love METAL personally but I have written songs that I consider pop or country and I think they are very good but I couldn't perform them myself.

War: Why ? Please go read my blog "Song~In The Name of God" because that sums it all up from my perspective. Click the MP3 link at the bottom and listen to the song as you read the lyrics. On a side note, I support our troops doing what they have to because it's the job they chose to do to protect our freedom and I am grateful for their sacrifices especially to those who paid the ultimate price. I don't support the justification for why they are having to do it because our government feels the need to impose our way of life on a nation or nations that have endured their way of life for a few thousand years before the USA ever became a nation.
